We can handle the cost of covering your event various ways:

• Generally we do not charge for covering an event, the costs are recovered from the sale of prints. This means you can give your customers the opportunity to purchase a memento of your a event at a very reasonable price without impacting on your costs.
• As an alternative you can hire our presence at your event on a fixed fee basis. Included in this fee would be an agreed number of prints for your customers. This is a cost effective option if you want to provide your customers with a free memento of your event, especially when the pictures are branded with a description of your event or your logo.
