Required Information:

To process an order we require certain information, specially your name, email address and mailing address. If you pay for the order using a credit card our third party online payment service, PayPal, will collect details of your credit card from you. We do not see or have any access to your credit card information at any time. DigitalPicy will use the information gathered during the shopping process to process your order and supply the goods you have ordered. Email Newsletter:

Periodically we send out an email newsletter with news from the DigitalPicy homestead and the special offers that we run from time to time.

We hate getting spam in our Inbox just as much as you do. So we work really hard to make sure that our newsletter isn't unwanted. When you subscribe we take you through a double opt-in procedure to ensure that you really do want to receive it. Protecting your information:

When you place an order, the details of your order are transferred to a secure storage area on a separate server. This data is encrypted and protected against unauthorised access. During the ordering process we may use cookies to store items such as the contents of you shopping basket on your computer. These cookies do not contain any personally identifying information. Most web browsers will automatically accept cookies, but in some cases you may have to change this option in your web browser settings.

Your Image on our site:

Our site displays a large number of photographs (currently in excess of 20,000). Should you discover your image in the photographs on our site and wish to have it removed please contact us.  All the photographs on our site are taken or produced by DigitalPicy for the edification and delight of our customers. We wish you to enjoy them.

We will seek to answer all removal requests within 5 working days. If we comply with your request we will either remove the entire photograph from the site or act to obscure your image on the photograph.
