The galleries on the website are enabled for on-line ordering. Simply view the prints you wish to order and then select the sizes and quantities you want from the panel on the right. These will automatically be added to your shopping cart. Once you have selected all the prints you want from a Gallery select the View Cart button and you will see the contents of your shopping cart.

To place an order you need to register on the site. This is a very easy process and simply requires your email address as a login, a password and your delivery address. Registering on the site allows you save Shopping Carts and Favourites. It also allows you to track the progress of your order online.

Once you've placed your order, you can either pay for your order online using PayPal or a credit card, or you can pay by sending a cheque to us. Details are given on your order.

Delivery

We normally aim to turn orders for standard prints within 48 hours, but please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Other photographic merchandise may take up to 4 weeks for delivery.

• For those of you who've ordered from the site before, the biggest change you will notice is that you can order from more than one gallery at a time now.
• The contents of the shopping carts are now preserved when you logout of the site, so you can build you a portfolio as you view the site. and will be saved for months if you wish so you can store up a couple of event's worth of pictures at a time.
• There's a favourite's section so you keep a list of your favourite pictures, to show friends and family. (Click the heart under a picture)
• You can do a side by side comparison of photos to decide which is the best ones. (Click the flag under a couple of pictures to try this out)
• If your looking at a regular picture and you click on it, you'll get a super-zoomed version so you can check the details.
• When your looking at the thumbnails, hover your mouse over the little magnifying glass below the thumbnail and it'll give up a popup window with the regular sized picture in it.
• Click the little down arrow next to a picture and it'll open a separate browser window with a copy of the picture you can download, free, gratis and for nothing, just right-click in the new browser window and do "Save picture as ..." (the pictures are still watermarked though and there are some restrictions on the use - see the Copyright page for more details).
• When you do place an order, you can now track it's progress online, you'll be able to see whether we're awaiting payment, processing it and when we dispatch it.
• There's a new look to the slide show, from the controls on the bottom you can speed up and slow down the slideshow, and you can order pictures from within the slideshow.
• There's a search facility so you can look for pictures from a specific date.
